2.    People get to meet you and further create better sales for your books, CDs or DVDs.
3.    We all support each other in general by getting together to expose you to one another, learn from each other and at the same time have fun.

So come and join us in this quest in the heart of Manhattan, New York City.

Terms and Conditions

  • That they know that we are charging nominal fees for the classes/workshops offered at WitchsFest USA. That once they have accepted to be teaching a class at WitchsFest USA, they will provide, a picture of themselves, a bio of themselves, and immediately start promoting WitchsFest USA on their websites, emails, etc. helping to promote the class they will be teaching.
  • The Festival will be held as scheduled RAIN OR SHINE.
  • Booths should be made to look Summer Solstice themed – (your choice): wood nymphs, faes, sprites, fairies etc. in nature, theme, or style as possible. Author/Vendor MUST wear chosen-style costumes. All other costume styles and attire, including, aliens, cowboys, will be deemed inappropriate.
  • This agreement entitles Vendor to one 10 ‘ x 12’ vendor’s space as assigned by Producer, and the assignment may not be changed without Producer's permission. Author/Vendor may not subcontract to other individuals or businesses to sell, offer, or display, additional products or services, nor shall Author/Vendor substitute items or services listed above without the Producer’s express advance consent. Author/Vendor must occupy assigned spaces only and must confine his or her activities and all merchandise, equipment, cases, and/or packing materials within marked boundary lines.
  • You will be notified of space number assigned, in advance. Space is assigned on a first come first served basis.
  • Author/Vendor must supply his or her own booth, equipment, containers, tables, chairs, display, electricity, water or ice required, or anything else required to function (unless arranged differently for special circumstances). Producer will provide for food and water for Author/Vendor for the day based on prior agreement made with NYC Wiccan Family Temple. Set up begins at 7:00 AM on the day of the Festival. Display must be attended at all times during selling hours, and Author/Vendor MUST be ready for customers NO LATER than 10:00 A.M. Display must be in good taste, kept tidy, and all modern equipment, packaging, etc. must be kept out of public sight. Author/Vendor is responsible for maintenance and clean up of space during and upon conclusion of Festival and for keeping space free from any conditions which might be dangerous to persons coming into the Park. Vendor must provide his or her own trash bags and is responsible for removal and disposal of trash bags and for complying with applicable NYC recycling law.
  • No vehicles will be permitted on the Festival Grounds between 10:00 AM and 7:30 PM. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed away at the owner's expense. Upon arrival at the Festival, Vendor will receive one parking permit which will be valid for parking one vehicle off-site. But for exceptional circumstances, all parking will be assigned off-site. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING WITHIN THE PARK! (I HAVE TO CHECK WITH PARKS ABOUT THIS PARKING STATEMENT)
  • In consideration of attending the Festival, Author/Vendor, on behalf of his or her respective relatives, heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators (collectively Vendor) hereby permanently and irrevocably waives any and all actions, claims, demands, suits and proceedings of any kind and nature against NYC Wiccan Family Temple as Producer and against the City of New York Department of Parks and Recreation, and their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents, consultants or employees, affiliates, predecessors, successors in interest and assigns (collectively Sponsors) arising out of direct or indirect action of any kind or nature, whether now known or hereafter discovered, and Vendor, by his or her signature hereon, forever releases and discharges Sponsors from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "losses") with respect thereto. Vendor further agrees that he or she will indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless Sponsors from any losses sustained by them that directly or indirectly result from or arise out of any action or failure of action by Vendor.
  • This contract may not be assigned by Vendor to any other party, nor may the space or location be shared with another party or vendor without the expressed written approval of Producer. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any term or provision of this agreement shall be held illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law governing this contract, the validity of the remaining portion shall not be affected thereby.
  • This is a fully integrated contract. It is further understood that this contract contains the whole agreement between Author/Vendor and Producer.
