The Pagan Panel at WitchsFest USA

PAGAN PANEL GROUP / COVEN APPLICATION

For the pagan panel:

EACH GROUP/COVEN/TEMPLE SHOULD BRING: Tables, chairs and tent for your group. Information brochures, business cards etc. to handed out when requested to do so by attendees, only in the Pagan Panel area. We also ask that if you are participating in this event, everyone help promote this event in every way – your website, email list etc. SPREAD THE WORD. This should be fun.

You can be there all day or part of day that is up to your group, but everyone will be given time to present a small introduction of each group or coven followed by a question and answer session between the groups/covens and people who are interested.

Thank you for your interest as a pagan group/coven/temple/church by participating in our 2nd annual WitchsFest USA you are helping to assure its success.

You also able to list your pagan or pagan fun events for FREE: TriState New York, New Jersey and Connecticut Events, National Events, and International Events so please do so anytime you wish. (if there is any problems submitting your event, please email us at witchsfestusa@hotmail.com. Thank you all.

EXACT DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE DISTRIBUTED: *List below all items which will be distributed at the Festival. GROUPS/COVENS MAY NOT SELL PRODUCTS ANY KIND OR ANY TYPE OF TOBACCO PRODUCT, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, OR OBSCENE MATERIALS.
DonationWe are asking for a small Donation from each group or coven who wishes to participate (if you can give more please do so, all will be welcomed and appreciated as this is a fundraiser) in the Pagan Panel.
Pagan Directory *Finally we would like to create a Pagan Directory for the East Coast of all pagan groups, covens, temples, churches etc. We would love to add you to this directory. We would like to place it on our WitchsFest USA website. People are looking for you, they just cannot find you. Please do indicate if you wish to be added to this directory. There will be an annual fee of $10.00 for this, and you will be in the Book Pagan Directory as well as online on www.witchsfestusa.org, until you let us know that you no longer exit or does not wish to renew. Updates of new information will be added in the Directory annually if there are new contact information for your groups/covens. In the mean time it will be updated on the site immediately.

Terms and Conditions

By and between The New York City Wiccan Family Tempe (NYCWFT) (Producer) and
Pagan Panel Group / Coven Name *
1. RAIN OR SHINE: The Festival will be held as scheduled RAIN OR SHINE.
2. COSTUME THEME:Booths should be made to look Summer Solstice themed – (your choice): wood nymphs, faes, sprites, fairies etc. in nature, theme, or style as possible. PAGAN PANEL GROUP / COVEN/Vendor MUST wear chosen-style costumes. All other costume styles and attire, including, aliens, cowboys, will be deemed inappropriate.
3. Further Agreement:Your group/coven further agrees that he or she will indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless Sponsors from any losses sustained by them that directly or indirectly result from or arise out of any action or failure of action by Vendor.
4. COMPLETE CONTRACT: This is a fully integrated contract. It is further understood that this contract contains the whole agreement between PAGAN PANEL GROUP / COVEN and Producer.
