All Pagan Groups, Covens, Temples, Churches etc. are welcome to apply to perform at WitchsFest USA.

Terms and Conditions

by and between The New York City Wiccan Family Tempe (NYCWFT) (Producer) and
Group / Coven states as follows:
1. Rain or ShineThe Festival will be held as scheduled RAIN OR SHINE.
2. Costume ThemeBooths should be made to look Summer Solstice themed – (your choice): wood nymphs, faes, sprites, fairies etc. in nature, theme, or style as possible. PERFORMER/Vendor MUST wear chosen-style costumes. All other costume styles and attire, including, aliens, cowboys, will be deemed inappropriate.
3. Limits of LiabilityIn consideration of the privilege of attending the Festival, on behalf of his or her respective relatives, heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators (collectively Vendor) hereby permanently and irrevocably waives any and all actions, claims, demands, suits and proceedings of any kind and nature against NYC Wiccan Family Temple as Producer and against the City of New York Department of Parks and Recreation, and their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents, consultants or employees, affiliates, predecessors, successors in interest and assigns (collectively Sponsors) arising out of direct or indirect action of any kind or nature, whether now known or hereafter discovered, and Vendor, by his or her signature hereon, forever releases and discharges Sponsors from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "losses") with respect thereto. Vendor further agrees that he or she will indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless Sponsors from any losses sustained by them that directly or indirectly result from or arise out of any action or failure of action by Vendor.
4. AssignmentThis contract may not be assigned by Group/Coven once you have been chosen. If you cannot make it after being chosen, please inform us immediately.
5. Complete ContractThis is a fully integrated contract. It is further understood that this contract contains the whole agreement between PERFORMER/Vendor and Producer.
