INFORMATION GROUP APPLICATION

EVENT DATE:  SATURDAY JULY 14TH / 2018   10:00 AM to 4PM                                                                                

THIS FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD AS SCHEDULED RAIN OR SHINE.   ALL PAYMENTS MADE UNDER THIS CONTRACT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

This is for Groups, Covens, Temples, Church to register for an information space at WitchsFest USA.

There are limited Information Groups so apply early and reserve your space.

SPACE IS  5′ wide x 12′ Depth:

Early Bird Special $30.00 until Sept. 30/2017  

Beginning Oct. 1/2017:

$40.00 per space plus $4.00 surcharge fee and

$80.00 for 2 spaces plus $8.00 surcharge fee.  

You are allowed to provide information only at said booths.

You must bring your own tents, table, chairs, brochures, etc. to promote your group, coven etc. and it must not be left unattended.

Mainstays 5' Centerfold Table, White  Suggested type of 5′ table to bring.

WitchsFest USA producers are not in any way liable for you or the items you provide at our Festival.

This is a themed event please decorate your booth and dress accordingly with the events theme of the Fae, Nymphs, Satyr, Faery etc.

You must provide your own people to man your booths during the hours of 10am -4pm.

We welcome all who wish to participate at WitchsFest, so please join us in this quest in the heart of Manhattan on Astor Place, New York City.

THE DEADLINE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS is May 31/2018, UNLESS SPACES ARE SOLD OUT!
