Readings, services, food, crafts, goods for sale, books, and nonprofits are all welcome additions to this event. Thousands of people pour through our magickal little street. We hope you and your booth will be part of the fun!

VENDOR PERMITS REQUIRED

FOR MERCHANDISE & SERVICE VENDORS (Non-Food)

Every Vendor selling goods or services that are not food-related needs to have a DCA Permit License to operate your booth at Astor Place.

In-Person DCA Licensing Services Available By Appointment Only. Apply for an appointment here. Once you receive the date and time for your appointment, you will go to 42 Broadway New York, NY 10004. For questions, email: LicensingAppointments@dcwp.nyc.gov or call: (212) 436-0441

FOR FOOD VENDORS

Please apply for your permit to sell food with the Department of Health (DOH) at this link.

Please select the appropriate 10x10 booth and pay your fee below. An application will pop up when you select your booth, please fill it out. You will receive an automatic confirmation email. All of the information you need about vending on Astor Place with us will be available in the Participant Group on Facebook.

Fee for Nonprofits: $45

Fee for One Space Vending Goods or Services (non-food): $160

Fee for Two Spaces Vending Goods or Services (non-food): $320

Fee for One Space for Food Vendors: $195

Fee for Two Spaces for Food Vendors: $390

Please note: Booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERRABLE, because this money is given to the City of New York for the festival permit and cannot be retrieved.
